The location is great, very near everything. It’s a short walk to Time Square and the wai chan MTR is also close by. the spacious rooms can accommodate families of five and there are friendly staff who provide a free table lamp upon request.
There are maintenance issues in the hotel that need to be addressed, such as molds and mildews in the bathroom and some light bulbs that don't work.

Near shops
Small room, small bathroom, tv cable broke 3 times , saw half the movie, and when asked to fix shower head, falls all the time and tv cable movie, no return service ... No compensation, considering taking $135 pn ... poor reception , apology not sincere ... poor attitude !!!

The hotel has a nice view from the room and the room was clean. the hotel provided free drinks in the fridge and the staff was friendly. the hotel is located near the train station and is easily accessible.
The hotel is noisy at night, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. the walls were thin, and I could hear people talking and flushing the toilet.

Some staff is very helpful, but frankly some is not. Free Drink & Snack in room everyday. Free Breakfast.
Rom cleanliness need to improve; especially floor and glass. Light is too dark. Air condition position was wrong installed. Shower head need to be changed & improved. You have to hold it as it loose.

Value for money for location, Early check in allowed and include Breakfast. Break is okay.
1) No Concierge, you cannot leave luggage there, this is first time I heard in my life. After check out, please bring luggage with you even you have mid night flight????? 2) Clean of the room, After you check in you will found some sticky on floors, and coffee mug from old tenants as a gift 3) Shower head can make you exercise, as it loose, and you have to hole it all the time. and I told thew maid, and she said it is like this every room, Thank you.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with many shopping outlets and a major shopping center just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to explore the city, as the 銅鑼灣 Causeway Bay MRT station was within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff members always willing to assist me. I particularly enjoyed the airport shuttle service, which made my journey to and from the airport hassle-free. The room amenities were exceptional, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a safe for my valuables. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus.
I recommend this hotel to all travelers, as it truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop and just a few blocks away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the area. The friendly staff was always willing to help with any questions we had. The rooms had a good-sized bathroom and a mini-fridge that was replenished daily with water, tea, and peanuts. Plus, the nearby 7-Eleven and shops made for a convenient stay.
We had some issues during our stay. We were only provided with one key card, which was inconvenient for two people staying for a long period. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, with some areas not being clean enough. Additionally, the internet connection was poor during our stay, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, the hotel made some efforts to improve, and some of the staff provided helpful support.

Rooms were clean, Bathroom well-equipped, Bed comfortable, Staff helpful, Price was good. Some travellers have complained about rooms at front being noisy - poor sound insulation, but I found the sound insulation good and noise levels low. Free wired broadband internet worked well. Was also free wifi but didn't need to use.
Nowhere in hotel to have breakfast - not too much of a prob as went to South Pacific hotel a couple of hundred yards down the road which had a good buffet breakfast at reasonable cost.

Location is not far from the exhibition and can go to the mountain trips every easy. But the price a little bit high, if compare with Cosmo hotel which has shuttle bus service.
Good room, good view and good location.
